Elevate your breakfast, amazing experience with Matcha Pancake Mix

Those gluten-free pancakes are soft and fluffy with a touch of matcha powder. 

Use our recommended ingredients to make them dairy-free too!


To make 7 pancakes.

1  In a large bowl, combine

  • 125 g of Matcha Pancake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g unsweetened yoghurt (we use soy yoghurt)
  • 20 g melted butter or melted margarine or vegetable oil (we love coconut oil)

2  Heat some cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan. When it's hot, pour the mixture to make small circles (2 tablespoons per pancake). 


3  Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to medium/low and cook 3 minutes. Flip the pancakes, put the lid back and cook 2 minutes on the other side.


4  Enjoy with a drizzle of honey or syrup and the toppings of your choice.
